Summary

Join Spotnana, a company transforming the travel industry, as a Senior Account Manager, TMC. You will drive commercial success by helping TMC partners and their corporate clients utilize Spotnana's platform. Lead onboarding, guide adoption, and identify expansion opportunities to foster long-term growth. Serve as a liaison between partners, clients, and internal teams, ensuring seamless execution and sustained value. Responsibilities include strategic ownership of post-sale relationships, execution of onboarding processes, usage monitoring, spend analysis, and renewal/upsell strategies. You will also provide internal advocacy and represent Spotnana at key events. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in corporate travel, SaaS account management, or TMC partnerships.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in corporate travel, SaaS account management, or TMC partnerships
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; experience with spend and usage data
  • Familiarity with GDS tools (Amadeus, Sabre) and corporate booking platforms
  • Skilled in stakeholder management and commercial negotiation
  • Proven track record of managing complex accounts with revenue and P&L accountability
  • CRM and forecasting experience (Salesforce, Prism, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Strategic ownership of post-sale relationships across TMC partners and their end clients
  • Execution of onboarding, including platform integrations, policy engines, and analytics modules
  • Ongoing usage monitoring and adoption support to reduce churn and drive expansion
  • Travel spend and usage analysis to recommend optimizations and increase ROI
  • Renewal and upsell strategies in collaboration with Sales, including pricing and negotiation
  • Commercial forecasting using Salesforce or similar tools
  • Internal advocacy: surfacing client feedback and ensuring it informs product and support
  • Partnership with Account Management to align on goals, health, and loyalty efforts
  • Representation at key events and client meetings (15–25% travel expected)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at top TMCs (e.g., Amex GBT, BCD, CWT, Egencia, TravelPerk)
  • Knowledge of travel policy design and GDS integration workflows
  • Background in managing both partner and end-client relationships in a TaaS model
