The ideal candidate possesses 7+ years of experience managing global enterprise accounts in SaaS or tech, proven success with executive stakeholders, and a deep understanding of platform integrations. Requirements
- 7+ years managing global enterprise accounts in SaaS or tech
- Proven success with executive stakeholders and complex post-sale cycles
- Deep understanding of platform integrations and enterprise tech environments
- Strong data fluency: dashboards, forecasting, KPIs, ROI analysis
- Exceptional communication and cross-functional influence
- Comfortable balancing strategy and hands-on execution in a fast-moving org
Responsibilities
- End-to-end relationship management for a high-value global enterprise
- Executive engagement, including QBRs, EBRs, and strategic planning sessions
- Enterprise onboarding and integration programs across complex systems
- Enablement initiatives to drive adoption and long-term platform success
- Upsell, renewal, and expansion strategy across global business units
- Escalation ownership, partnering with Support and Engineering to resolve issues
- Performance tracking and reporting: usage, ROI, NPS/CSAT, revenue forecasts
- Internal collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams to drive unified account strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce or other CRM expertise
- Experience with global implementations or project frameworks
- Multilingual or international client experience
