Summary

SunPower is seeking a Senior Accountant for PCard Audit in Binan Laguna, Philippines. The role involves auditing credit card transactions, implementing and updating credit card policies, and preparing reports on audit findings. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related fields, with 3-4 years of experience in accounting/finance.

Requirements

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or other related courses
• Minimum 3-4 years working experience in accounting/finance and related to Accounts Payable or GL activities. Experience with credit card expense audit is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed review of expense reports and assess compliance based on company PCard policies
• Ensure credit card expense and charges are audited in a timely manner according to SLA
• Address inquiries and resolve issues and concerns related to credit card expense and charges together with PCard custodian
• Consolidate and prepare necessary reports and presentation for any audit results and findings in the review of credit card expense and charges
• Communicate and coordinate with various internal and external groups for matters related to credit card expense and charges for any updates on policies and other considerations
• May assist in the preparation of Accounts Payable accrual entries and other payable related adjustments
• May assist in the preparation of account reconciliations and investigation of outstanding reconciling items
• Assist in providing audit requirements
• May interpret reports and records for managers/stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a shared service is preferred
• Experience in Oracle ERP system is a plus
• Exposure to SOX environment is desired
