Summary

Join Bounteous as an Adobe Analytics Senior Consultant! Lead project teams, develop domain expertise in clients' businesses, and drive results using your digital marketing analytics skills. Experience with Adobe Analytics, DTM or Launch, and other Adobe products is highly preferred. The salary range is $94,000 - $110,000 annually. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams; collaborate effectively with team members
  • Develop domain expertise in client’s business space to drive results
  • Demonstrate a grasp of the fundamental importance of clean data to empower successful digital marketing initiatives, in support of larger business objectives
  • Identify gaps throughout the customer experience and recommend solutions
  • Seek opportunities to clarify what client needs (not just what they ask for) and look for opportunities to expand client relationships and projects
  • Ensure client expectations are met and results are delivered
  • Articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, both in speech and writing; understand the audience and tailor messages accordingly
  • Exemplify good consulting skills, diplomacy, and effective messaging, and mentor team members in the same vein; share expertise freely
  • Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and have the ability to overcome technical and business challenges
  • Demonstrate high intellectual bandwidth, as well an ability to prioritize and work on the right things at the right time
  • Volunteer suggestions for team improvement and take the time to help push initiatives forward
  • Actively contribute to the greater community by participating in meet-ups, conferences, blogs, open forums, or open source initiatives
  • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
  • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
  • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
  • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experienced with Adobe Analytics and has implemented, configured, and customized the tool
  • Deployed Adobe Analytics through DTM or Launch
  • Has focused in one or more of the following areas: digital analytics, optimization, statistical modeling, consumer insights, and/or marketing analytics
  • Built out custom dashboards to drive insight of site performance
  • Experience with integrations and/or reporting of Adobe Analytics with Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Campaign, or other Adobe products strongly preferred
  • Ability to develop data and insights recommendations with limited information or with some ambiguity
  • CRO or A/B testing experience is a plus but not required
