The job involves managing the full media analytics cycle, understanding business needs, leading the design and execution of cross-channel campaign measurement frameworks, presenting insights and recommendations supported by data, developing a holistic view of campaign performance, providing data-driven actionable insights, creating a testing roadmap, and utilizing advanced analytics tools. The role requires experience within analytics, preferably in an agency environment with a focus on media, strong communication skills, extensive experience with digital media platforms, knowledge of digital data technologies, experience with Marketing Mix Models, experience creating data visualizations using business intelligence tools, fluency in SQL, experience working with cloud-based data warehouse, and outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.


  • Experience within analytics, preferably in an agency environment with a focus on media
  • Strong communicator, with ample client facing experience and ability to synthesize complex findings into clear and concise recommendations for a non-technical audience
  • Extensive experience with digital media platforms (CM360, DV360, Innovid, Meta Ads Manager)
  • Knowledge of digital data technologies (DMPs, DSPs, MTAs, web analytics, digital pixel tracking, site tagging, etc.)
  • Experience with Marketing Mix Models for scenario planning and deriving insights
  • Experience creating data visualizations using business intelligence tools (Tableau, Domo, PowerBI, Looker, etc.)
  • Fluency in SQL, with working experience in data clean room environments or a CDP a plus
  • Experience working with cloud-based data warehouse (Google BigQuery, AWS, Azzure, etc)
  • Experience using Python for data analysis and automation as well as R for statistical analysis a plus
  • Experience building, managing and QA-ing ETL workflows in Domo and/or Alteryx a plus


  • Manage the full media analytics cycle from concept to delivery
  • Understand business needs and lead the design and execution of cross-channel campaign measurement frameworks
  • Present media insights and recommendations that are supported by data to internal teams and clients
  • Develop a holistic view of campaign performance, working cross-functionally with teams to refine existing media strategy and inform future campaign development
  • Provide data-driven actionable insights that inform advertising investment allocation and help identify high-potential audiences, channels, pubs and tactics to be activated and/or tested
  • Utilization of key advanced analytics tools to drive media strategy and future campaign development: Analysis within data clean room environments, Marketing Mix Modelling, and Multitouch Attribution
  • Create a testing roadmap, identifying opportunities to utilize structured marketing experiments to answer important business questions (ROAS, incrementality, investment allocation across audiences, messaging, ad formats, optimal frequency level, etc.)
  • Provide ongoing accurate and timely reporting and analysis for clients and internal stakeholders, with a laser focus on adding value and optimizing media performance
  • Use data visualization tools to elevate the reports and dashboards provided to clients, enhancing the quality of data visualizations, and ensuring we deliver information in the most effective manner

This is a Hybrid/Remote role, based in the Los Angeles area. Working remote except for required client site visits in Torrance, CA
