Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or a comparable role
• Technical computer skills on all forms of hardware - laptops, tablets, and mobile devices
• Professional communication in email, phone calls, video calls, and texts
• Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, face-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions
• Highly responsive and reliable
• G-Suite experience

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Analysis Projects: Oversee and execute complex data analysis initiatives to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making
• Develop Advanced Dashboards and Reports: Create and maintain sophisticated dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate key performance metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Strategic Insights: Provide in-depth ad-hoc analyses to support business strategies, including revenue optimization, market expansion, and customer segmentation
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Product, Finance, and other teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and implement data-driven solutions
• Enhance Data Infrastructure: Partner with the Data Products team to improve data infrastructure, ensure data integrity, and streamline data collection and reporting processes
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data analysts, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation
• Other duties, as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in hospitality, e-commerce, or related industry preferred
