Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, preferably in investment banking, management consulting, or finance in a fast-paced environment
- Have a background in financial analysis with strong problem-solving skills, strong business intuition, and the capability to identify and synthesize insights from quantitative analysis
- Enjoy thinking on your feet and can seamlessly adapt in a complex, continually evolving environment
- Thrive on bringing diverse perspectives from cross-functional stakeholders together to create a shared solution
- Are intellectually curious, highly self-driven and able to structure the unstructured
- Have a team-first mentality, willing to roll up sleeves and dive in where needed; comfortable wearing many hats and managing competing priorities
- Desire to work in a high-growth, mission-driven startup environment

Responsibilities
- Build driver-based Excel models with detailed supply and demand builds across key markets and service lines to drive pricing and margin expansion decisions
- Conduct scenario analysis to help stakeholders understand initiative tradeoffs and ROI
- Support the bi-annual planning process by working with cross-functional partners to set targets for key growth drivers, including developing and validating critical assumptions
- Evaluate performance on critical financial and operational metrics, deriving and delivering actionable insights to company leadership
- Conduct complex quantitative modeling to analyze key strategic decisions that will drive long-term growth and company health
- Evaluate unit economics across products and markets and their impact to the overall company financials to inform operational strategy
- Create frameworks to help structure thinking, drive visibility, and facilitate alignment across the executive and working teams
- Embed with cross-functional teams to analyze and build decision-making frameworks for critical business decisions or initiatives that will drive financial performance
- Draft quarterly board materials, including deep dives into strategic and functional topics
- Create deliverables to guide discussions on key decisions company leadership is facing
