Senior Associate

Summary

Join ReSource Pro as a Senior Underwriting Associate to support external clients’ policy processing functions. This entry-level position requires no prior insurance or Workers' Compensation experience. Responsibilities include processing Workers Compensation policies, binders, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and final audit transactions. After three months, you will respond to client needs, complete data entry, solve problems, and cross-train with the MIS team. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. Responsibilities

• Day-to-day processing of Workers Compensation policies, binders, endorsements, cancellations and reinstatements, and final audit transactions
• Respond promptly to client needs and requests over email
• Complete data entry and processing of Workers Compensation underwriting workflows
• Exercise problem solving skills to resolve or escalate issues or concerns as they arise
• Cross train with MIS team members to ensure effective backup support
