Summary

Join Maven Clinic as a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Maternity and lead the strategy for messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution of our flagship Maternity product in the B2B market. You will develop compelling product messaging, create sales materials, train internal teams, and partner with cross-functional teams for product launches and campaigns. This high-impact role requires strong B2B experience, creative storytelling skills, and a commercial mindset. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related roles (Growth Marketing, Strategy, Product Management, Copy)
  • B2B go-to-market experience - within healthcare is a plus
  • Creative storytelling skills - the ability to quickly connect with an audience and to distill complex concepts into simple, intuitive, and compelling narratives
  • Ability to quickly learn new material and understand data
  • Commercial mindset and high energy to win new business
  • Must be located in New York City, DC, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, or Seattle

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, memorable, and differentiated product messaging for Mavenโ€™s Maternity product that resonates with target audiences, including employers and health plans
  • Create original storytelling that builds urgency in the maternal healthcare category, shows the depth of the Maven product, and connects buyers to the vulnerable and joyful life stages that Maven supports
  • Define market segments and personas, develop value propositions that resonate with these audiences
  • Create sales materials (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, FAQs) to enable the Sales to effectively communicate product value
  • Train Sales and Customer Success teams on product positioning, messaging, and updates
  • Partner with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales to lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches, features, and campaigns
  • Partner with Mavenโ€™s Clinical & Research teams to demonstrate how Mavenโ€™s clinical programming leads to healthier outcomes and cost savings
  • Partner with Sales to gather feedback on positioning and refine strategies based on market response
  • Partner with Customer Success to develop case studies, testimonials, and success stories
  • Partner with Maven Product Marketing Research & Intelligence to regularly analyze and report on market trends and competitive movements
