Summary

Join Fundraise Up as a Senior Business Development Representative (Sr. BDR) and be a key player in our innovative fundraising platform. This remote, North American-based role offers a competitive salary ($65,000-$67,500 base, OTE $103,500-$110,300) and stock options. You will focus on top-of-funnel outbound sales, leveraging Salesloft and other tools to personalize outreach and nurture leads. Success requires proven B2B SaaS outbound experience, a track record of quota attainment, and exceptional communication skills. Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 12 months of SaaS B2B outbound experience
  • Have experience communicating with VP+ contacts within accounts with +$30k of annual contract value
  • Be exceptional at multi-threading and comfortable working with 3+ contacts within an organization simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Be exceedingly process-oriented and actively seek opportunities to optimize your current sales process
  • Have experience working within a modern outbound technology stack (Salesloft, Orum, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and Clay)
  • Demonstrate a track record as a top-performing Business Development Representative with 12-18 months of successful quota attainment
  • Make personalization the foundation of your outbound outreach, avoiding canned templates and creating bespoke prospect interactions
  • Excel at nurturing "no" responses and turning them into "yes" responses
  • Understand that early-stage companies move and iterate quickly
