Requirements

  • Possess a minimum of 12 months of SaaS B2B outbound experience
  • Have experience communicating with VP+ contacts within accounts with an annual contract value of +$30k
  • Be exceptional at multi-threading and comfortable working with 3+ contacts within an organization simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Be exceedingly process-oriented and actively seek opportunities to optimize your current sales process
  • Have experience working within a modern outbound technology stack (Salesloft, Orum, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and Clay)
  • Demonstrate a track record as a top-performing Business Development Representative with 12-18 months of successful quota attainment
  • Prioritize personalization in outbound outreach, avoiding canned templates and creating bespoke prospect interactions
  • Excel at nurturing leads, turning "no" into "yes", and sharing success stories
  • Understand and adapt to the fast-paced iteration of early-stage companies
