Senior Business Analyst in Ukraine

Summary

iDeals is a global B2B SaaS company with products: iDeals Virtual Data Room and iDeals Board. They are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their Business Analysis Team. The role involves creating and documenting Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and user stories, analyzing and decomposing requirements, partnering with stakeholders, gathering and prioritizing business requirements, communicating effectively, writing detailed descriptions of user needs, translating complex processes for technical staff, facilitating design sessions, planning and monitoring projects, reporting and monitoring project performance, designing User Acceptance Testing and User training, and independently verifying created technical solutions. The required qualifications include expertise with ERP systems (preferably NetSuite), B2+ level of written and conversational English, experience in cooperation with stakeholders in the Finance area, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledge, experience in gathering and describing requirements using UserStory, UseCase, Business process modelling using BPMN, UML, IDEF0, basic level of REST API, Postman, SQL, and Atlassian products knowledge: Jira, Confluence.

Requirements

• Expertise with ERP systems (preferable - NetSuite)
• B2+ level of written and conversational English, including the ability to gather business requirements and ask clarification questions in English
• Experience in cooperation with stakeholders in the Finance area. Prior cooperation with HR and other areas would be a plus
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledge
• Experience in gathering and describing requirements: UserStory, UseCase
• Business process modelling BPMN, UML, IDEF0
• Basic level of REST API, Postman, SQL
• Atlassian products knowledge: Jira, Confluence

Responsibilities

• Create and document Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and user stories
• Analyse and decompose requirements for systems in IT environment, to ensure maximum usability
• Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units to develop necessary analysis and documentation collaboration
• Gather and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders, manage the project documentation
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with business units, development, and executive teams
• Write and provide detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify a solution
• Translate complex processes about how the business works for technical staff
• Facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution
• Plan and monitor projects with regular checks on requirements
• Report and monitor project performance
• Design User Acceptance Testing and User training
• Independently verify created technical solutions for the business
