Senior Business Analyst

Summary

The job is for a position at TINQIN, a fast-growing software company in the insurance sector. Requirements

• At least 5 years experience on a similar position, preferably in multinational environment
• Fluency in English is a must (fluency in French is a plus)
• Excellent technical writing skills
• Strong analytical skills and methodical approach to work
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of concepts of software system engineering
• Proactivity and ability to work independently and with little supervision
• Capability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze business requirements
• Assess business impact of potential change
• Elaborate design documentation based on information gathered by SMEs
• Communicate and confirm requirements with customers’ counterparts
• Work with project teams to document features and optimize functionality where necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of main principles of the insurance business will be considered as an advantage
