Join Deel, a rapidly growing SaaS company, as a Senior Business Operations Manager and optimize strategic operational initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions. Work closely with senior leadership to ensure operational goals align with company objectives. Lead key operational projects, analyze and optimize internal processes, and define and implement KPIs. Coordinate cross-functional teams for large-scale initiatives and oversee the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. Provide data-driven insights and manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for operational projects.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (Masterโs degree preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or project management
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving operational efficiency
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and performance measurement
- Proficiency in using business tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com )
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements that drive business results
- Strong project management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering quality outcomes
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage key operational projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic priorities
- Analyze and optimize internal processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive productivity across departments
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement KPIs and performance metrics that measure operational success
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute large-scale initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement efforts
- Identify and mitigate risks that could affect business operations, recommending solutions to prevent disruptions
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for operational projects and initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders to promote collaboration and alignment
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, helping to develop their operational expertise
