Requirements
- Have at least 3+ years experience in a high growth or startup environment
- Have demonstrable success in undertaking business initiatives with limited direction to achieve positive business impacts
- Have experience collaborating successfully with multiple core business functions such as sales, product, legal and finance
- Have proven experience of presenting to and engaging senior stakeholders to change the way that things work
- Have exceptional written and verbal English and can document processes and projects, as well as present them to diverse teams to drive employee ownership and engagement
- Be able to be a strategic thinker
- Have set targets and managed teams to achieve them
Responsibilities
- Analyse, design, and improve business processes across departments to enhance efficiency, unblock operational challenges and support the product roadmap and growth
- Develop and implement standardised processes and best practices for effective scaling of operations
- Lead and manage high-impact projects from inception through to execution, working closely with stakeholders across departments
- Track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of objectives
- Act as the central point of contact for cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring alignment on goals and strategic initiatives
- Collect, analyse, and interpret operational data to generate actionable insights
- Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management to inform strategic decisions
- Support strategic planning and business development efforts by identifying and evaluating new opportunities for growth or optimisation
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritise operational goals that align with the companyโs mission and objectives
- Drive initiatives that enhance scalability, agility, and efficiency in support of Hofyโs long-term goals
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain open communication channels to ensure alignment
- Ensure transparent and proactive communication across departments to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
