Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in Healthcare
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients
  • High level of motivation and a results-driven mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with Google suite, Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales technology platforms

Responsibilities

  • Identify and source potential leads through various channels
  • Engage with prospects via phone, email, and other communication methods to qualify leads and assess their potential
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine lead generation strategies and tactics
  • Set and achieve personal and team performance goals related to lead generation and conversion rates
  • Use CRM and other tools to track and manage leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and pain points
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, providing valuable insights and information about our products and services
