Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Data or BI Analyst role with advanced knowledge of Tableau and experience building optimized and visually appealing dashboards
- Demonstrated blend of experience in data analysis and process improvement, with a bias for action and customer first mindset
- Expertise in architecting and implementing efficient data models and data warehousing solutions
- Extensive knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and data warehousing
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. With a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and/or solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally, as needed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and drive decision making
- Ability to work independently with demonstrated time management capabilities and the ability to execute on multiple concurrent deliverables
- Be known for successfully bridging analytics and business teams, with an ability to speak the language of both
Responsibilities
- Develop complex SQL transformations to create beautifully designed and widely used data models
- Partner with integration engineers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop technical specifications for ETLs, including design documentation
- Contribute to and leverage the BI and Data engineering best practices while setting up Data pipelines, views/tables and dashboards
- Oversee team's analysis to ensure data and insights shared are accurate and informative
- Collaborate on the implementation and adoption of a data exploration tool company-wide
- Define, develop, and maintain critical business and operational reports which are reviewed on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Create detailed reports and dashboards that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making
Preferred Qualifications
- Supply Chain and/or accounting/finance domain knowledge
- Experience with building reports, dashboards, and presentations to highlight key metrics to partners in different functions and levels
- Technical experience with SQL any BI/data visualization tool, and Python
