Summary

Join PandaDoc as a Senior Campaign Manager and orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns to drive new business and advance sales opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage campaign execution, analyze campaign performance, and leverage data insights to optimize results. This role requires a strong understanding of the buyer's journey and experience with marketing automation platforms. You will contribute to quarterly pipeline targets and help evolve our integrated campaigns by testing new ways to drive awareness, engagement, and demand. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and a team player with 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience running integrated marketing campaigns, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of interpreting data to distill key insights and make data-based recommendations that increase the impact of your campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the buyer's journey and the ability to create targeted messaging for different stages
  • Experience managing campaigns in project management tools; such as Asana or ClickUp
  • Experience running impactful campaigns via marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
  • Familiarity with CRMs and other marketing tools; such as Salesforce and 6sense
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities

  • Create and orchestrate prospect-facing campaigns across multiple audiences and channels
  • Project manage the execution of integrated campaigns with multiple stakeholders, to ensure prospect campaigns launch without a hitch
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to create reports that measure the impact of your campaigns, and proactively recommend new tests and tactics to maximize their impact
  • Build a strong understanding of our target audience, their pain points, and the user journey. Leverage these insights to recommend new ways to engage our ICP throughout the buyer journey

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ABM or event marketing is a plus
