Summary

The Senior Carrier Sales Representative role is a high growth opportunity in a tech-enabled third-party logistics company, CloudTrucks. The role involves managing a carrier book of business, reaching and exceeding goals, establishing relationships with carrier partners, and coaching junior team members. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Capacity Management and Full-Truckload Experience.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Capacity Management
  • Full-Truckload Experience (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a carrier book of business to align with shipper freight needs
  • Reach and exceed the required load coverage, volume, service metrics, and revenue goals
  • Establish multi-dimensional relationships with carrier partners to support the growth of CloudTrucks/CT Exchange network
  • Develop proactive communication processes for cross-functional collaboration and positive outcomes
  • Coach and develop next class/junior members of CTExchange Carrier Sales Team
  • Identify and communicate continuous improvement ideas for process and performance improvement
