Summary

Join Abnormal AI as a Marketing Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. You will be responsible for planning and executing demand generation programs in the BENELUX region, collaborating with sales, channel partners, and marketing teams. This role focuses on generating qualified leads, accelerating deal velocity, and building brand visibility through various marketing channels. You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and contribute to regional revenue targets. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, data analysis skills, and experience in B2B demand generation. The position offers the opportunity to evolve into a revenue-generating marketing leader.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in B2B demand generation or revenue marketing roles, preferably in high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environments
  • Proven success generating pipeline aligned to sales goals at a regional or segment level
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel demand generation tactics—from awareness to conversion—and how to measure their impact
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo (or similar MAP), and ABM platforms like 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus
  • Data fluency with the ability to derive insights and communicate marketing performance effectively
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with sales stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities, bringing a strong bias to action to achieve goals and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong knowledge of marketing operations and cross functionalities with FCM
  • Experienced in building successful relationships with sales and channel partners

Responsibilities

  • Own Regional Pipeline Goals: Drive net-new and expansion pipeline generation aligned to regional revenue targets through multi-channel marketing programs
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Plan and execute integrated campaigns, including digital, events, email, ABM, webinars that is tailored to the needs of regional markets and buyer personas
  • Sales Alignment: Partner with regional sales leadership and SDRs to define campaign priorities, ensure strong lead handoff processes, and deliver enablement tools for effective pre and post event engagement
  • Data-Driven Performance Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance and funnel metrics (MQLs, SALs, pipeline contribution, ROI); iterate based on insights and provide regular stakeholder reporting
  • Local Activation: Manage field events, sponsorships, executive programs, and third-party partnerships to increase engagement and influence in key accounts
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with corporate marketing, product marketing, digital, content, and partner teams to align messaging and amplify programs regionally
  • Channel partnership: Collaborate with partners to co-create and execute marketing programs that drive joint pipeline and engage end users across key touchpoints
  • Manage and create campaigns in Salesforce.com (SFDC) and ensure proper lead import, follow-up and tracking
  • Measure success of programs via analytics and reporting, tracking pipeline goals across the region
  • Communicate program status & progress to the marketing director, sales leaders and other stakeholders
  • Build process & automation wherever possible to improve output and efficiency of the FCM team and its stakeholders
  • Monitor and update FCM team events calendar and internal team weekly meeting
  • Assist with updating FCM marketing projects in Asana as needed
  • Lead special efforts and projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cybersecurity or adjacent technology sectors
  • Familiarity with marketing performance dashboards and ROI modeling
  • Past experience launching integrated partner co-marketing initiatives
  • Understanding of regional market nuances and localization best practices
