Summary

Join Pleo's Partnerships team as a Senior Partner Manager and contribute to the growth of our partner communities across the Nordics, DACH, UK, and Ireland. You will manage a portfolio of high-value accountant partners, build and scale our consulting partner community, and nurture relationships to onboard clients. The role requires experience in building B2B relationships, a strategic mindset, exceptional people skills, and the ability to explain technical information simply. Requirements

  • Experience with building long-lasting B2B relationships through its full sales cycle; from prospecting and outbound to conversion and nurture - plus the revenue track record to back it up!
  • A strategic and analytical mindset to plan for success - working with partners is a long-term game!
  • Ambition and strong inner motivation paired with a positive mindset
  • Exceptional people skills: strong listening abilities, empathy, and genuine flowing curiosity to learn more about the people you are interacting with
  • Executive presence
  • Hustle: you prefer not to hide away behind emails, and are constantly looking for the next opportunity to be proactive!
  • Independence
  • Ability to learn technical, accounting knowledge and explain it in a simple, digestible way

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value accountant partners, building from and growing the existing foundation
  • Launch and scale the consulting partner community
  • Ensure partners consistently refer business each month
  • Understand partners' needs and tailor unique plans to reach joint partnership goals
  • Deliver team training on the Pleo product
  • Host webinars and events
  • Meet senior stakeholders for strategic meetings
  • Onboard as many of their clients to Pleo as possible

Preferred Qualifications

An existing network within spend and payment providers (accounting software, HR tools, travel, invoices …)
