Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, strategic consulting, and/or business development, with a strong understanding of the IT industry, particularly in the Manufacturing domain
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrate an investigative and analytical approach in discussions and presentations
  • Deliver compelling and engaging presentations to both internal teams and clients
  • Familiarity with the project delivery process, enabling you to collaborate with delivery teams effectively
  • Ability to strategize and implement plans to achieve objectives, demonstrating excellent follow-through and implementation skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to build trust-based, collaborative relationships, effectively manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure smooth processes while prioritizing tasks to achieve objectives
  • Proficient in English, written and spoken communication

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive client strategic plans
  • Regularly review and update these plans, find expand and extend opportunities to increase the revenue generated with the customer, providing status reports during Account-related meetings
  • Take ownership of revenue targets for the accounts under your management
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of services meets the calculated profitability margin while focusing on client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with customer-dedicated delivery tribes to ensure smooth project delivery kick-offs
  • Offer valuable recommendations, feedback, and initiatives to optimize client project outcomes
  • Collect and prioritize customer satisfaction by managing internal relationships and ensuring the fulfillment of contractual promises
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations and address any concerns promptly
  • Participate in the sales process and collaborate with Sales, Presales, and Delivery to shape proposals, aligning them with client strategies and requirements
  • Define and execute short-term and long-term strategies to identify and proactively address client goals and challenges
  • Cultivate opportunities within the pipeline to foster future growth
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to influence the strategic direction of projects and align them with client expectations
  • Collaborate with the Accesa team to ensure a cohesive approach to client management

Preferred Qualifications

German language is a plus
