Requirements

  • B.S./B.A in relevant field of study required
  • 5-7 years of pharmaceutical, medical/health industry-related experience required
  • A demonstrated ability to lead and own personal projects
  • Demonstrates self-awareness and accountability
  • Strong conceptual, analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to establish credibility in front of service clients at companies
  • Solid understanding of pharmaceutical business practices and the issues clients face in specific segments of responsibility
  • Working knowledge of the market research development process
  • Quantitative and qualitative market research skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Ability to utilize large amounts of data and other types of information from multiple sources to complete a final analysis of a business question/situations and make recommendations
  • Must have ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10-20% of time

Responsibilities

  • Delivering client consultancy projects
  • Helping to manage project-related analytics, data, and tools available through our industry platforms, Pricentric and PriceRight
  • Enriching industry platforms with tailored insight and custom research
  • Ensuring client projects are delivered to schedule, while maintaining the highest level of quality and value expectations
  • Supporting research and leading analysis focused around pricing, market access launch strategy, competitor research, value-based pricing analyses, HTAs, and more!
  • Identifying client needs & problems and implementing robust data driven solutions
  • Managing their team’s workload to complete client deliverables
  • Presenting project results to clients in an executive and efficient way
  • Contributing to business development through the development of proposals and related activities as we work towards our quarterly revenue goals
  • Training junior colleagues and supporting the overall professional growth of the team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, MPH)
  • Background in International Pricing and Market Access, analytics and modelling/forecasting a plus to effectively lead Global Market Access and Pricing projects for key clients
  • 4+ years of management consulting experience
