Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field
• Experience in contract administration or management, with increasing levels of responsibility
• Proficiency in using contract management software and tools
• Proficiency in managing the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting to closeout
• Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts
• Manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously, often under tight deadlines, with meticulous attention to details
• Demonstrate clear and effective written and oral communication skills
• Show a desire to collaborate, build, and maintain relationships with associates across various departments
