Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing copywriting, with at least 3 years focused on conversion rate optimization
  • Proven track record of driving significant improvements in conversion rates through persuasive, data-driven content
  • Portfolio demonstrating expertise in high-impact marketing copy across landing pages, paid media, email, and other performance channels
  • Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies for content optimization and iteration
  • Strong understanding of behavioral psychology and persuasion techniques in copywriting
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and apply insights to refine messaging and increase conversion rates
  • Proficiency in AI-powered writing tools to enhance efficiency, optimize messaging, and scale content production
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with growth, design, and campaign teams to align messaging with business goals
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English, with exceptional attention to clarity and impact

Responsibilities

  • Write high-impact, conversion-driven copy for landing pages, paid media, email sequences, SMS campaigns, and other direct response marketing efforts targeting members
  • Develop clear, persuasive, and emotionally compelling copy that resonates with members, motivating them to take action
  • Optimize messaging through A/B testing, iterative improvements, and data-driven decision-making to improve member sign-ups, activation, and engagement
  • Partner closely with Growth and Channel teams to ensure copy aligns with campaign goals and audience insights
  • Leverage behavioral psychology and persuasion techniques to craft copy that increases conversion rates and reduces friction in the enrollment process
  • Analyze content performance metrics and continuously refine messaging to drive measurable improvements in member activation and retention

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, B2B, or SaaS content marketing
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools for tracking content performance
  • Strong understanding of behavioral psychology and persuasive writing techniques for optimizing conversion
  • Background in UX writing or writing for multi-step enrollment flows to reduce friction and improve sign-ups
  • Experience working in high-growth environments, iterating quickly based on data and testing
  • Interest in AI-assisted content creation and staying ahead of emerging copywriting technologies
