Summary
Join SimplePractice's creative team as a Senior Copywriter specializing in paid marketing. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will significantly contribute to the company's growth. You will leverage your creativity, analytical skills, and communication expertise to develop high-quality content for various digital platforms. A key focus will be driving performance marketing initiatives and optimizing paid campaigns. This role demands a strong understanding of PPC platforms and proven success in improving campaign performance metrics. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience working in-house in Marketing/Tech or healthcare
- Demonstrate the ability to create original, compelling content that stands out in the crowded tech market
- Strong understanding of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and their specific requirements
- Proven track record of improving campaign performance metrics through optimization
- Craft engaging, forward-thinking copy that reflects the innovative nature of our products
- Show versatility in writing styles, tailoring language and tone to different platforms, audiences, and objectives
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce high-converting creative for paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms (i.e. Reddit, Youtube, TikTok)
- Translate complex technical jargon into clear & relatable creative to tell a compelling story that drives action
- Develop headlines, taglines, and calls to action that synergize with our product offerings and target customer pain points
- Create testing strategies for creative and monitor performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Work with the paid media team to optimize creative targeting and strategy alignment
- Monitor and analyze copy performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, quality scores) to continuously improve results
