Summary

Join OLIVER, a global leader in in-house agency design, as a Senior Copywriter in Mumbai, India. This role involves crafting compelling marketing communications and experiences for Google Cloud, focusing on B2B technology and large-scale organizations. You will be responsible for developing scalable, iconic experiences that resonate with a global audience, translating marketing objectives into compelling communications. The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years of experience in direct marketing/advertising copywriting, a strong creative portfolio, and a deep understanding of B2B technology and consumer brand marketing. Success in this role requires exceptional creative thinking, storytelling abilities, and the ability to adapt to regional cultural differences. You will collaborate with the Cloud Brand team to deliver projects from concept to production.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in direct marketing/advertising on the Copywriting side of the creative department
  • Award winning creative pedigree, ideally split between agency and corporate experiences. DMA, Effie, D&AD or similar effectiveness awards a bonus
  • Experience with tech and B2B brands. Ideal candidate will also have worked on lifestyle or experience focused brands
  • A deep understanding and appreciation of direct marketing and concept driven high touch experiences
  • Comfort and competence with both short and long copy formats
  • Well-developed concepting and hands on craft execution skills you can demonstrate through a well composed portfolio website
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies

Responsibilities

  • Bring world class creative thinking and copywriting to the full cycle of customer experience projects, from concept to delivery
  • Develop scalable, iconic dimensional experiences for Google Cloud prospects and customers that bring to life the personality of the brand
  • Command a strong understanding of B2B technology and communications to large scale organizations
  • Have an equally strong understanding of consumer brand marketing and the emotional drivers that steer purchase decisions
  • Have empathy and creative flexibility to adapt to the regional cultural differences of a global audience
  • Translate marketing objectives into compelling communications and experiences while having an eye for details and flawless delivery
  • Be skilled in creative review, troubleshooting and managing feedback from stakeholders across the company
  • Embrace data and the metrics that demonstrate creative efficacy and inform communication insights
  • Work with the Cloud Brand team to see projects through to production delivery

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features of AI tools is critical
