Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience writing conversion-focused copy across digital channels
- Strong track record of success in lifecycle marketing, email/SMS funnels, and performance ad copywriting
- Exceptional proficiency in creating high-impact, scalable ad conversion copy for new campaign launches and ongoing optimization, with a clear understanding of funnel stages
- A portfolio that shows exceptional ability to write with clarity, persuasion, and emotional intelligence
- Impeccable command of the English language, both written and verbal, with an acute attention to detail, grammar, and punctuation
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and understanding of the copy-design relationship
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Responsibilities
- Write and optimize high-converting copy across YouTube, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email, SMS, video scripts, landing pages, and other short-form assets
- Own the messaging strategy and execution for lifecycle campaigns and performance marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align copy with business goals, brand voice, and campaign objectives
- Use audience insights, A/B testing, and performance data to continually refine and optimize messaging
- Elevate brand voice and tone across all channels while maintaining consistency and empathy
- Stay ahead of trends in direct response, conversion optimization, and womenβs health communication
- Demonstrate expert self-management, taking full ownership of projects from inception to completion, exhibiting proactive initiative and resourceful problem-solving
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT when appropriate to scale ideation and maintain creative momentum, without sacrificing voice authenticity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience writing for telehealth, health tech, or wellness brands
