Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring content teams, with proven ability to manage workload distribution, provide constructive feedback, and foster professional development. Experience in conducting performance reviews and implementing team-building initiatives to maintain high morale and productivity
  • Native-level English proficiency (C2) with 5–7 years of experience crafting high-impact copy across diverse formats, particularly in direct response marketing. A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and results-driven content is essential
  • Proven ability to manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and digital platforms. Experience in the SaaS industry is a significant advantage
  • Proficiency with marketing tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot, as well as project management platforms (Asana, Trello). Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
  • Deep understanding of search engine optimization and pay-per-click advertising techniques to enhance visibility and performance
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. PMP or similar certifications are a plus
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced digital marketing or content strategy certifications are advantageous
  • Highly creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Adaptability to dynamic work environments and a strong commitment to delivering quality results

Responsibilities

  • Foster team growth through mentoring, skill development, and creating a collaborative environment while delegating tasks effectively and providing constructive feedback to optimize team performance and content quality
  • Create compelling, targeted copy for various platforms, including advertisements, blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversions while maintaining a consistent and distinctive brand voice
  • Independently edit and proofread content to meet the highest quality standards, ensuring brand compliance and audience relevance
  • Drive SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic traffic and ROI, managing both on-page and off-page optimization
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising, ensuring all elements are aligned and on track
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery and efficient resource allocation
  • Create and maintain detailed project timelines using agile methodologies to ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule and within scope
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and use insights to refine strategies and optimize content effectiveness
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and sales, to align efforts and achieve business goals
  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and propose creative solutions to enhance the app's features and user experience
  • Demonstrate strong self-management skills by taking ownership of projects from conception to completion while maintaining high-quality standards
