Summary
Join Dynatron Software as a Sr. CRM Developer and contribute to the success of our automotive service department solutions. This role requires building relationships with stakeholders, managing change, and designing scalable solutions. You will leverage your expertise in Sugar Enterprise, PHP, and SQL to develop and maintain CRM systems. Success in this position demands strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a remote independent contractor position based in India with specific scheduling requirements and a compensation range of $40,000-60,000 USD. The contract is for 12 months, with potential renewal.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelorโs degree
- Have 5+ years of experience building solutions for Sugar Enterprise using PHP and SQL developer
- Have at least 3 years of experience in Object Oriented programming in PHP
- Have experience with PHPStorm, GIT, BitBUcket, Linus, Apache, MySQL
- Have experience with CI/CD pipelines build and deploy processes
- Possess an in-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Sugar CRM application architecture
- Have experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and practices
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication and independent time management skills
- Have experience with process engineering methodologies (As-Is and To-Be process mapping)
- Possess strong documentation and communication skills for multi-stakeholder alignment, simplifying complex analysis through compelling storytelling, and producing high-quality documentation
- Be able to synthesize business pain points and people/process/technology issues to formulate proposals to remediate them
- Be proficient in Google Slides and Sheets, JIRA and Confluence
- Structure own work to meet all deadlines, be able to shoulder additional workload, and add value by exceeding original plans
- Demonstrate use of listening and questioning techniques to understand issues and problems
- Be flexible, able to multi-task, context switch, and manage prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Possess excellent written and verbal skills, ability to communicate information in clear and concise language to a wide audience varying in levels of technical expertise
- Have an aptitude for learning new concepts and procedures
- Be able to become a trusted advisor to Sugar CRM Team
Responsibilities
- Identify internal and external solutions to business requirements
- Design and set up complex integrations into our existing Sugarcrm architecture and workflows
- Design solutions that scale with business growth, ensuring long-term sustainability of CRM and data systems
- Manage configuration/coding of new and existing Sugar Enterprise features, including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, flows, and other 3rd party applications
- Act as a strategic technical leader to provide architectural guidance and recommendations necessary to promote & accelerate adoption of Sugar Enterprise to internal teams
- Build and maintain solutions in the CRM leveraging Jira, HubSpot, QuickBook Online and Internal APIs
- Support cross systems integrations across the CRM ecosystem, backend services, and technologies that align with Dynatronโs CRM development needs
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that support business requirements, create a superlative user experience, and drive tangible business value
- Participate in the planning and analysis of requirements for system enhancements, translating requirements into well-architecture solutions that best use the Sugarcrm platform
- Pro-actively identify opportunities to leverage Sugar Enterprise in innovative ways to improve existing business processes, and support an organization scaling at a rapid pace and provide expertise and recommend when to use configuration vs. code vs. out-of-the-box products
- Manage Sugarcrm support requests and any escalated needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business support issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and implement measures to continuously monitor and improve systems oversight
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives and E2E testing
- Using data, synthesize analytical findings into clear, incisive insights and recommendations that drive business results
- Partner with project stakeholders, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to plan and prepare for Go-Live and post-go live support
- Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication, and change management
