Summary

The job is for a B2C Marketer in Goodlord's Tenancy Services team, offering hybrid or remote work with occasional travel to London or Sheffield office. The role involves managing tenant email marketing activities and optimizing partner strategy.

Requirements

• Significant commercial experience designing, delivering and optimising B2C marketing campaigns (you know what works and what doesn’t!) with successful examples of hitting commercial targets
• You are a data whizz and are able to monitor and report on the performance of CRM campaigns, providing actionable insights
• Expert experience with Hubspot and workflows
• Experience owning commercial relationships

Responsibilities

• Own, run and manage the Tenant email marketing activity - (strategy, delivery, optimisation) - this could expand into Landlord marketing once we’ve built our tenant community!
• Working with internal stakeholders, primarily engineering to ensure optimisation and effectiveness at delivering our goals
