Join Quandoo as a Senior CRM Manager and spearhead our B2B CRM initiatives. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
- 7+ years of experience in CRM management, with a strong emphasis on B2B marketing in the tech or SaaS industry
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM tools and platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing team
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker with a passion for customer engagement and a history of successful CRM initiatives
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive CRM strategy that enhances customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value
- Oversee the management and optimisation of all CRM channels, with an initial focus on email automation. Manage the integration of additional CRM channels such as SMS, in-app messaging, and product notifications to enhance customer communication
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align CRM efforts with business goals and customer needs
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators such as email open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, customer retention and engagement. Use insights to optimise CRM strategies and demonstrate the impact of CRM initiatives on business objectives
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM campaigns, leveraging segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing to maximise impact
- Collaborate closely with the B2B content team to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across CRM channels
- Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our CRM practices remain cutting-edge and effective
- Provide detailed reports and insights to senior management on CRM performance and strategic initiatives
