Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in CRM management, with a strong emphasis on B2B marketing in the tech or SaaS industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in CRM tools and platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing team
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for customer engagement and a history of successful CRM initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive CRM strategy that enhances customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value
  • Oversee the management and optimisation of all CRM channels, with an initial focus on email automation. Manage the integration of additional CRM channels such as SMS, in-app messaging, and product notifications to enhance customer communication
  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align CRM efforts with business goals and customer needs
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators such as email open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, customer retention and engagement. Use insights to optimise CRM strategies and demonstrate the impact of CRM initiatives on business objectives
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM campaigns, leveraging segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing to maximise impact
  • Collaborate closely with the B2B content team to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across CRM channels
  • Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our CRM practices remain cutting-edge and effective
  • Provide detailed reports and insights to senior management on CRM performance and strategic initiatives
