Summary
Join Brigit, a financial health company, as a Senior CRM Manager and contribute to the daily operations of major CRM channels (Email, SMS, in-app, and push). Partner with Brand, Product, Compliance, and Data teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Run A/B tests, analyze, and optimize marketing and transactional workflows. Own transactional workflow reporting and monitoring, using data to identify activation/upsell opportunities. Ensure team alignment on improvements and optimize for brand and user experience. This impactful role involves cross-functional collaboration to enable new personalized customer journeys, reporting to the CRM Director. The position focuses on optimizing transactional and lifecycle workflows, creating and managing CRM initiatives, and ensuring accurate campaign deployment. It requires strong experience with Iterable and a passion for data-driven marketing.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing CRM programs from conception through analysis
- Customer obsessed and a creative thinker; you care deeply about our customers as well as delightful, on-brand experiences
- Strong experience with Iterable including custom events and dynamic scripting language (handlebars)
- Ability to write or at least edit intuitive CRM copy for transactional events, welcome emails, etc
- Experience testing and optimizing transactional, event based workflows for email, push, SMS
- Knowledge in customer segmentation, list management, deliverability and CAN-SPAM laws
- Passion for data-driven marketing and building programs that drive incremental results
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
- Team player and strong communicator
- Exceptional project management skills, experience managing multiple competing projects/deadlines, and strong attention to detail
- An ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Optimize transactional and lifecycle workflows to support the user journey through the Brigit app as they interact with the various Brigit products
- Partner with the product team and lead conceptualizing, creating and managing CRM initiatives via automated and personalized email marketing programs, push notifications, SMS and in-app messaging
- Manage CRM campaigns from end to end; strategy, requirement gathering, briefing and optimizations, building, monitoring, reporting and analysis
- Create and monitor complex journeys, triggers and automations with static and dynamic content
- Ensure campaigns (including tests, segmentation and complex personalization logic) are set up and deployed accurately in a timely manner
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Design, Engineering, Data and Legal/Compliance to deliver compelling new personalized customer journeys
