Requirements

  • Experience – 5+ years in field marketing or event management, with a proven track record of driving successful, revenue-impacting events
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Skills – Strong project management, excellent communication, and proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot)

Responsibilities

  • Lead Event Strategy & Execution – Design and deliver integrated event strategies aligned with marketing and sales goals, from concept to post-event follow-up
  • Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with sales, product marketing, and content teams to create unified messaging and maximize event ROI
  • Create Compelling Content – Oversee development of presentations, promotional assets, and follow-up campaigns that resonate with our audience
  • Manage Vendors & Partners – Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, event organizers, and partners to ensure seamless execution
  • Own the Budget – Plan and manage event budgets, optimizing spend for maximum impact
  • Analyze & Optimize – Measure performance, track KPIs, and deliver insights to continuously improve our event strategy
