Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- Experience in B2B enterprise SaaS customer marketing, demand generation, customer success, or similar role
- Proven track record in creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive customer success and revenue growth
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functionally
- Proactive and self-motivated, eager to take initiative, and driven by a passion for helping others gain clarity and understanding
- Ability to think strategically, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer marketing campaigns to increase customer retention and expansion with product adoption, renewals, upsells, and customer engagement
- Support new product and app launches by creating targeted activation plans for customers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions Marketing to identify key customer audiences and target message
- Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with both business objectives and customer lifecycle stages
- Work closely with Demand Generation to ensure campaigns are cohesive and integrated across both prospect and customer audiences
- Manage the end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, timelines, content creation, enablement and performance reporting
- Oversee campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data, A/B testing, and customer feedback
