Join Contentsquare, a global leader in experience analytics, as a Senior Manager of Customer Experience Marketing for France and South markets. You will be the voice of our customers, building relationships, driving loyalty, and creating experiences that transform clients into brand advocates. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. You will own customer engagement strategies, lead creative events and campaigns, and develop compelling content. This is a unique opportunity to impact customer success and business growth within a fast-growing company. You will work with C-level executives and key decision-makers to ensure their success with Contentsquare's platform.
Requirements
- Have spent 5+ years in a customer-facing role (ideally within SaaS or B2B), with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving advocacy
- Understand what makes customers tick and have a deep passion for ensuring they are successful. Build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders and users
- Thrive in planning and executing customer events, from webinars to intimate user workshops. Create experiences that leave a lasting impact
- Engage with customers at all levels, and be comfortable presenting to senior executives. Be fluent in both French and English; written and verbal communication must be top-notch
- Be highly organized, with an ability to juggle multiple projects at once while maintaining a laser focus on priorities and budget. Attention to detail must ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Be proactive, always coming up with new ideas to engage customers and improve processes. Be willing to test new approaches and think outside the box
- Be comfortable using CRM, marketing, and customer success tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Gainsight
Responsibilities
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives, power users, and key decision-makers, ensuring their success with Contentsquare. Transform them into vocal, loyal advocates of our platform
- Own and drive customer engagement through tailored, impactful events and campaigns—whether it's user clubs, high-touch workshops, executive roundtable dinners, or industry-focused roundtables. Be the go-to person for curating experiences that foster community and drive value
- Own the execution of a quarterly roadmap for your region, from budgeting to customer touchpoints. Ensure your programs align with customer goals, driving measurable outcomes like engagement, retention, and advocacy
- Develop compelling content and materials that resonate with your audience, including event presentations, email campaigns, and customer success stories. Ensure every touchpoint strengthens our brand
- Partner closely with Sales, Field Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on goals and objectives. Amplify customer engagement and ensure seamless execution across the business
- Build a network of trusted customer ambassadors who can offer testimonials, feedback, and even speak at industry events. Collect valuable customer insights, influencing future product improvements and innovations
- Support customers throughout their entire lifecycle, from onboarding to continued platform engagement, making sure they get the most value from Contentsquare. Facilitate product demos, use case examples, and knowledge sharing
