Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing)
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or digital marketing environment
• Familiarity with marketing automation or Email Service Provider platforms
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and Tableau
• Strong understanding of core marketing analytics KPIs, such as open rates, click-through rates, and unsubscribe rates
• Familiarity with statistical experimentation and A/B testing principles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Responsibilities

• Analyze historic marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making
• Develop and maintain complex Excel and Google Sheets workbooks to track and report on key marketing KPIs, including open rates, click-through rates, unsubscribe rates and revenue trends
• Investigate and pinpoint the root causes of data anomalies and trends
• Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate insights, recommendations, and performance metrics to internal leaders as well as clients and other internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to develop data-driven analysis and recommendations
• Innovate with our Product and Engineering teams to unlock new manners of getting to the right answer while saving time
