Requirements

  • A seasoned professional with 5 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, data entry or a related field
  • Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and deliver measurable results
  • Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle complex data discrepancies and provide clear solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in English including written, spoken, and reading skills
  • Capable of delivering effective training and mentoring sessions
  • Experience in quality assurance, audit processes, and reporting insights to stakeholders
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert on location data, providing advanced support to internal and external stakeholders using our proprietary tools and processes
  • Lead data manipulation tasks, resolve complex data discrepancies, and implement improvements to existing workflows
  • Design, deliver, and oversee comprehensive audits on listing data to maintain exceptional quality standards
  • Develop, refine, and document task best practices to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables, consistently meeting or exceeding SLAs
  • Support team members through training sessions, mentoring, and sharing advanced best practices
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) reviews of team outputs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance processes, tools, and client-facing solutions
