Senior Database Developer in Worldwide

Summary

At Limble, as a Senior Database Developer, you will enhance current main MySQL databases and architect new database systems to scale with the company's growth. Your impact comes from understanding current and future database requirements and collaborating with the Engineering team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with relational databases
• 5+ years with MySQL
• 5+ years experience designing and building web applications
• Strong track record of building, optimizing and scaling databases based on feedback from customers and internal teams
• Strong track record of delivering projects with broad business impact across multiple teams
• Attention to detail & quality
• Open to on-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Help shape broad architecture through providing innovative database solutions
• Design and lead implementation of systems used by multiple teams
• Debug complex technical problems
• Support implementation of database solutions through software development
• Identify and proactively tackle system wide or organizational technical debt and contribute to creating and refining methods and procedures used by the team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coding with Node.js, Golang, and PHP a plus
• Experience with implementing and scaling NoSQL solutions a plus
