Summary

Join Encora as a Senior Digital Marketing professional to spearhead the development and execution of our digital marketing strategy, focusing on paid media and social channels. This hands-on role involves building a modern digital marketing function from the ground up, requiring expertise in B2B technology marketing campaigns. You will manage Encora's paid media strategy end-to-end, providing strong recommendations and expertise. The position is remote and based in Costa Rica. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of success in building paid media programs from scratch. You will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and executing multichannel B2B marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in media planning and campaign execution
  • Direct exposure to the US market is essential
  • Proven track record of independently building and executing B2B paid media campaigns across multiple channels
  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Google Ads, and programmatic display ads is essential
  • Ability to manage media budgets effectively across channels to maximize ROI
  • Proficient / Fluent English skills - C1
  • Google Ads suite (Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing)
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Conversion tracking setup (tags, pixels, analytics integrations)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Social Media Ad Platforms (Meta, Twitter/X, Instagram, etc.)
  • ABM platforms (e.g., Influ2, Propensity)
  • SEMrush and/or SpyFu for competitive and SEO analysis
  • Google Data Studio / Power BI for real-time reporting
  • Strong expertise in keyword strategy and campaign optimization
  • Self-motivated with the ability and desire to build processes from scratch
  • Experience marketing cloud, data, and AI services to enterprise audiences
  • Understanding of the digital engineering and IT services competitive landscape
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience building in-house paid media capabilities for a growing company

Responsibilities

  • Plan, budget, and execute multichannel B2B marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional advertising -platforms with primary focus on US and UK markets
  • Select and manage the optimal mix of channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic display, industry publications, and other relevant B2B touchpoints
  • Build and launch effective paid campaigns from concept to execution, with expertise in campaign setup, targeting, bidding strategies, and creative requirements
  • Create measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign performance, ROI, and lead quality across all channels
  • Manage paid media budget allocation and optimization across channels to continuously improve performance metrics
  • Collaborate with brand, content, and regional marketing teams to ensure campaign consistency and alignment with broader marketing objectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with digital channels relevant to B2B technology buyers is highly preferred
  • Experience with specialized B2B technology media channels, industry publications, and events is preferred
