Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in data and analytics services, with a proven track record in leading large-scale data-driven projects, managing cross functional teams, and delivering successful data transformation projects
  • Proven leadership experience in data engineering, data analytics, or a related role, with a strong background in designing and implementing data solutions
  • Prior experience leading client data technical engagements across data engineering, data science, and analytics workstreams
  • Strong leadership and proactive communication to coordinate with the project teams and other internal stakeholders
  • Experience with delivering data solutions on major cloud platforms, data technologies, and business management/visualization software
  • Experience leading and managing large multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on driving collaboration and continuous improvement. Proven ability to recruit, develop, and mentor geographically dispersed data and analytics teams - and win together
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for leveraging data to drive business outcomes
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in managing P&L, revenue growth, and client engagements
  • Proven ability to be successful in an innovative, global organization, and to proactively enlist commitment from peers in delivering consulting solutions

Responsibilities

  • Define global data and analytics vision, product, technical strategy, and framework
  • Develop and execute the overall strategy for the Data and Analytics services practice, aligning with company goals and market trends
  • Sell and deliver complex and innovative Data and Analytics projects for our clients, ensuring high quality and timely delivery
  • Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, analysts, engineers, and consultants. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth within the practice
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on driving collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, guiding them on leveraging data and analytics to drive business outcomes. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through quality delivery and strong partnerships
  • Identify opportunities to grow the practice, working closely with sales teams to build relationships with new and existing clients. Lead efforts to create innovative solutions that meet clients' data and analytics needs
  • Lead the expansion of the global data analytics practice through the recruitment and coaching of global talent
  • Establish and refine processes to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and overall practice performance. Implement best practices, frameworks, and accelerators in data and analytics management
  • Stay at the forefront of data and analytics advancements, incorporating emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and cloud solutions into practice offerings
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, such as publishing articles and speaking at industry events

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science or similar, and/or professional certifications or accreditations in Analytics, AI, or related field
  • Experience that spans across consulting, agency, and client-side roles
