Key priorities include providing top-tier analytics support, leading next-generation data infrastructure initiatives, evangelizing data and AI across the company, and ensuring data trust and security. The role involves leading a team and partnering with various stakeholders to drive data-informed product features and customer insights. Requirements

• Previous leadership roles with large scale and innovative data organizations
• Proven expertise with Analytics, ML or Data Infrastructure
• Experience with data privacy in healthcare or other regulated industries
• Track record of partnership with GTM and Product organizations

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Data Infrastructure Engineers, Data Analysts and Data Scientists
• Partner with other internal stakeholders on analytics and data insights
• Work with Product Management on Data informed product features
• Understand customer data to understand how our product helps them thrive
• Own the data strategy and roadmap
• Evangelize Data and ML usage across the company
• Lead our AI initiatives including philosophy, governance, strategy and vision
