Summary

Join Cobalt's finance team as a Senior Finance Director for a 6-month fixed-term contract. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Extensive experience in a senior finance role, preferably in a cybersecurity environment
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP
  • Expertise in NetSuite and experience with FP&A tools, particularly those similar to Pigment (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of six finance professionals (FTEs), fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
  • Effectively manage expectations and communication with the Executive team, providing timely and accurate financial insights and recommendations
  • Play a critical role in supporting the transition to new business metrics, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis
  • Lead the mid-year reforecasting process, incorporating updated business assumptions and providing insightful variance analysis
  • Oversee the annual audit process, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and a smooth and efficient audit completion
  • Maintain our financial systems, including NetSuite and our FP&A tool, Pigment
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records and reports
  • Implement financial policies and procedures as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and guidance
