Requirements

  • Sales Mindset: You bring a dynamic approach to sales with a deep understanding of the media landscape and a foundational knowledge of gaming and esports
  • Proven Results: You have a solid track record of consistently driving revenue and achieving positive outcomes in a pan-national or global sales environment
  • Passion for Digital Entertainment: Youโ€™re deeply passionate about digital entertainment (gaming, creators, esports) and take a proactive, hands-on approach, staying ahead of trends in brand communication
  • Communication Skills: You possess excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, German, Italian, or Arabic is a plus
  • Global Mobility: You are open to international travel

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and industry partners
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients, proactively seeking new initiatives and growth within those accounts
  • Strategy & Implementation: Develop and lead sponsorship and partnership strategies that expand ESL FACEIT Groupโ€™s customer base and deliver on growth, revenue, and service targets in line with our business goals
  • Market Insights: Identify trends in advertising and marketing strategies within target sectors, offering tailored solutions to meet evolving partner needs
  • Full Partnership Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the partnership process from initial contact to contract signing, educating potential partners on ESL FACEIT Groupโ€™s vision, products and brand
  • Strategic Program Design: Develop and execute strategic partnership programs to support business objectives, ensuring retention of key accounts and expanding our portfolio
  • Partner Retention & Satisfaction: Establish service-focused processes and systems that prioritize partner needs, driving retention and satisfaction across key accounts
