Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in B2B software Events Marketing or related roles
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and market expansion through event programs
- Strong understanding of complex go-to-market strategies to build purpose-fit event programming from awareness to acceleration
- Proven experience working in a global or multi-regional capacity, with an understanding of diverse marketing and cultural nuances
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing programs based on data-driven insights
- Strong people management skills at a senior level
- Knowledge of cybersecurity products, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, event planning, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Develop event experience strategy, investment profile, and resource models for annual planning
- Oversee all aspects of event planning and logistics, including venue selection, contract negotiation, budget management, vendor management, and on-site execution
- Manage, coach, and inspire a team of event professionals to ensure successful event execution and operational excellence
- Measure and analyze event performance metrics to optimize event strategies and improve ROI
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event planning and management
