Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing integrated marketing functions
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive pipeline and revenue
- Strong understanding of content marketing, campaign management, event strategy, and social media best practices
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a keen eye for brand consistency
- Analytical mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize performance
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs across content, campaigns, events, and social media
- Develop and manage a content strategy that supports the buyer journey, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and more
- Own the campaign calendar and orchestrate multi-channel campaigns that align with business goals and drive demand
- Oversee the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including trade shows, webinars, and customer conferences
- Manage Versapay’s owned social media channels, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement across platforms
- Collaborate with product marketing to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with product launches and updates
- Partner with sales and revenue teams to ensure marketing programs are aligned with pipeline goals and sales enablement needs
- Develop and analyze performance metrics and optimize programs based on insights and ROI
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketers, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Own end-to-end execution of online and offline demand generation programs that will yield substantial pipeline generation, including paid and organic media, multi-channel campaigns, email campaigns and ABM programs
- Track and measure the impact of our programs and use data insights to continuously optimize initiatives for improved results
- Work with internal and external resources to create compelling content and messaging tailored by audience and funnel stage
- Build the strategy to properly utilize and extend Versapays’s understanding and ability to target our Ideal Customer Profile and key personas using resources available to you such as intent signals, market research, sales feedback and others
- Manage any 3rd party agencies that Versapay utilizes to buy and deploy media dollars across demand generation creative execution and channels
- Work closely with Sales and Revenue Operations teams to ensure proper alignment on lead follow-up, opportunity progression, and identify and address any gaps
- Oversee management of the Versapay website and all other web assets (landing pages, content pieces, etc) with a focus on optimizing the web experience to move prospects down the funnel and drive lead conversion
- Develop and oversee management of our prospect database and determine the right strategy for outreach to this database to drive interest via marketing campaigns
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in SaaS or fintech is a plus; familiarity with ERPs like NetSuite, Sage, and Microsoft is a bonus
