Requirements

  • 10+ years of product marketing experience in B2B software, including 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Experience in taking an early-stage B2B software company through periods of rapid growth and success
  • Proven track record of creating impactful messaging, positioning, and sales enablement strategies in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts into simple, compelling messaging and materials
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and analytical skills
  • Experience managing and scaling high-performing teams in a dynamic environment
  • You must have an eligible work permit in the USA or Canada to be considered for this position

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product marketing team, instilling best practices and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Oversee the development of clear, compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates our products in the market, resonates with our target audiences, and communicates our unique value proposition
  • Stay on top of industry trends, market needs, and competitor movements, and integrate insights into our product marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies that maximize product adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Define and track key performance metrics to evaluate the success of product marketing initiatives and ensure accountability across the team
  • Lead efforts to create or redefine market categories where necessary, ensuring differentiation and thought leadership
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with customer needs, market conditions, and business goals
  • Partner with the broader marketing team to create integrated campaigns that effectively communicate our value propositions
