Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 15+ years of operations management experience
- 8+ years of leadership experience managing large, dispersed teams
- Proven experience implementing complex operational systems and automation
- Strong background in algorithm development and decision modeling
- Experience managing P&L of $20M+
- Track record of successful operational transformation initiative
Responsibilities
- Drives operational transformation through automation and process optimization
- Designs and implements complex decision models for resource allocation
- Establishes and monitors key performance metrics across functions
- Develops strategic plans for scaling operations while maintaining quality
- Optimizes workforce utilization across installation and service teams
- Creates integrated solutions for project management and dispatch
- Develops capacity planning strategies and performance dashboards
- Maintains service level agreements across operational functions
- Implements automated workflow systems and predictive analytics
- Standardizes processes for operational excellence
- Coordinates cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Finance, and Customer Care
- Ensures regulatory compliance across operations
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience in renewable energy or utility operations
- Background in operational automation and process optimization
- Strong understanding of predictive analytics and resource optimization
- Experience with workforce management systems and tools
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Six Sigma or similar operational excellence certification
