Requirements
- Proven leadership experience with a strategic mindset and strong executive presence
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop teams while driving operational excellence
- Strong financial acumen with a focus on optimizing pricing, strategy, operational processes and efficiencies
- Familiarity with the Home Services business is preferred, particularly in HVAC and Electrical
- M&A experience is a plus but not a requirement
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- Strategic agility and a commitment to operational excellence
- High ethical standards with a focus on service, courage, and innovation
Responsibilities
- Guide regional brands in meeting growth targets, implementing best practices, and enhancing performance
- Support brand growth in core HVAC services while expanding into plumbing and electrical segments
- Collaborate weekly with key stakeholders to strategize and plan initiatives
- Travel extensively within the region to support and mentor brand managers, ensuring alignment and optimized performance
- Partner with 9-13 General Managers to foster collaboration and coach teams in executing strategic initiatives
- Actively engage in on-the-ground operations, providing hands-on support and guidance to address performance dips during integration
- Manage at both a high level and in the weeds as needed, shifting between strategic oversight and tactical execution
- Cultivate a coaching and consultative leadership style, emphasizing collaboration and teamwork
- Leverage financial acumen and familiarity with centralized functions to drive effective decision-making
- Develop and implement growth plans, focusing on membership agreements and optimizing the sales process
- Help build out a strong organizational culture that promotes a growth mindset and continuous improvement
- Clarify and enhance operational systems and processes to ensure effective execution of strategies
- Identify and integrate the right talent to support both new and legacy brands effectively
