• Strong relationships with media contacts and a track record of crafting compelling narratives
• Experience in managing PR efforts for product launches, events, and international markets
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor a high-performing team
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in PR measurement tools and techniques, with a data-driven approach to evaluating success

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global PR strategy that aligns with AirDNA’s business objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier media outlets and industry influencers
• Secure high-impact media placements, including features in major publications and outlets
• Identify and secure speaking opportunities at key industry conferences
• Lead PR efforts for expanding AirDNA’s presence in new international markets
• Hire, manage, and develop a high-performing PR team
• Collaborate with HR to strengthen AirDNA’s employer brand and recruiting initiatives
• Develop and implement strategies to manage potential PR crises and protect AirDNA’s brand reputation
• Oversee the PR budget, develop measurement frameworks for evaluating PR effectiveness, and provide insights on budget utilization and performance
