Senior Director of Product

Summary

Join Array, a financial innovation platform, as a Senior Director of Product to oversee execution and delivery across various products. You will lead the user experience and product management team, ensuring successful execution of the company’s product mission. This role involves driving execution against Array’s product suite, working with cross-functional stakeholders, attracting and developing team members, leveraging AI tools, and delivering results. The position reports to the CEO and requires 8+ years of strategic and technical product leadership experience in B2C and B2B sectors, ideally within finance. Requirements

• 8+ years of strategic and technical product leadership experience
• Experience successfully leading products across all stages of the product life cycle, and have ideally worked in a fast paced, high-growth environment
• A track record of attracting and elevating talent, driving relentless execution even when things are ambiguous
• Experience in the B2C and B2B sectors, specifically something finance-related
• A curiosity to understand how products work, how customers engage with them, and how you can improve them to align with purpose, customer need, and business objectives
• Executive level communication skills to proactively update stakeholders, the leadership team, and the rest of the company on product strategy, plans, and progress
• Leadership skills to talent manage and scale our product team

Responsibilities

• Drive execution against Array’s suite of products and lead our abilities to fulfill the company mission, deliver on client needs, and meet our goals
• Work with the leadership team, product managers, and all cross functional stakeholders across the organization
• Attract, retain and develop product team members, consistently striving for automation and up leveling where possible
• Leverage AI tools to think, build, and ship faster
• You thrive by delivering results, clearing the deck instead of shipping net-new
• Be curious and open to different ways of working, seeking first to understand
